You Can Hear Rhubarb Grow

The leaves of the rhubarb plant can actually make a noise as they grow! As the plant expands rapidly, it creates a clicking or popping sound as the stalks stretch toward the sky. Nature’s little symphony. Just be glad they don’t make noise while youre trying to nap!
